CEDA’s Emergency Dental Care Program helps eligible, uninsured, suburban Cook County residents finance oral health emergencies. Patients must complete an intake application and receive services from a participating dentist in the Dental Assistance Program Referral and Voucher System.

Erie Helping Hands Dental Health Center helps pregnant women, diabetic adults, and children and their families with dental care, including emergency services. Patients must also be medical patients at the Erie Family Health Center. Medicare and many private health insurance plans are accepted. Reduced fees may be available for the uninsured.

The University of Illinois at Chicago’s College of Dentistry operates a low cost clinic on a reduced fee schedule. Payment is accepted via cash, personal checks, money orders, or major credit card. The College operates the Health Connect Pediatric Clinic and clinics for implants, endodontics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, oral medicine, orthodontics, pediatrics, periodontics and prosthodontics. Patients will receive a high-level of care, but because this is an educational environment, appointments will take longer.
